Chris brings lived experience and professional expertise to our team. Having navigated chronic colitis personally, he intimately understands how frustrating and life-limiting gut dysfunction can feel.
Through a combined focus on nutrition, stress management and lifestyle, he rebuilt his health and now guides clients through that same step-by-step process.
Chris’s role within the team is to provide clarity, structure and accountability so every client always knows what to do next.

Christina is our Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in clinical nutrition and functional gut testing to uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface.
Using tools like the GI360 Comprehensive Stool Test, she translates complex results into clear, personalised plans that fit each client’s body and lifestyle.
Christina’s role is to provide the data, insight and precision that make your protocol targeted and effective.

I’m a Level 5 trained Health Coach and registered with the UKIHCA, which represents the highest professional standard for health coaches in the UK.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience — I’ve personally healed from colitis and now specialise exclusively in gut health, including IBD, IBS, SIBO, and complex digestive dysfunction.
You’re also supported by Christina, our in-house Nutritional Therapist, who holds a DipCNM and is mBANT registered. She trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), the UK’s leading institute of nutritional therapy.
